孕婦生理變化
這時的媽媽會因為子宮的增大,身體的重心起了變化,突出的腹部使你的重心往前移,為了保持平衡妳不得不挺起肚子走路。由於激素的作用,妳的手指、腳指及全身關節變得鬆弛,會使你覺得有點不舒服,不過這段時期應該是妳懷孕最舒適安全的時間了!

胎兒發育成長
此時寶寶頭臀長約19公分,體重約為350公克。他(她)的肌肉逐漸強壯,軀幹與四肢的比例也逐漸與嬰兒一樣。由於寶寶對聲音會有反應,因此妳可以播放音樂或唱歌給他(她)聽,出生後當他(她)聽到以前聽過的音樂或歌曲時會有安撫的作用呢!

相關飲食
多食用含鈣與鉀的食物以減少小腿或腳發生痙攣。含鈣豐富的食物如:牛奶、乳酪、豆腐、綠花椰菜等;含鉀豐富的食物如:葡萄柚、梨、桔子、柳丁、香蕉等。

注意事項
不能再穿高跟鞋了,它不但會讓妳的背部肌肉緊張而發生疼痛,還會使妳重心不穩,不小心怕會摔交。
